What is the cancellation policy of Shree Pushtaini?

  • The order can be cancelled within 24 hrs of placing the order and the customer has not opted for any customization of the product.
  • A refund equivalent to the purchase price less banking charges would be refunded to the given bank account.
  • The refund might take 3-5 days after the refund is initiated depending on the bank.

What is the return policy of Shree Pushtaini?

  • The return of the products is allowed within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • To return a product, customer needs to send an email to shreepushtaini@gmail.com with the order ID, bank account details and reason for return. Other modes of contact including message, call or social media will not be considered valid for return.
  • Once the product is received by us, a standard quality check is done, and if the product is in salesable condition, then only it is considered for return.
  • The return process would then be initiated and a refund equivalent to the purchase price less banking charges would be refunded to the given bank account.

  • The product being returned must be in its original unused condition and sent along with the original bill and tags intact.
  • Return will only be done online and not in our offline stores.
  • Any customised products (such as fall pico or tassels) will not be applicable for return.

What is the exchange policy of Shree Pushtaini?

  • The exchange of the products is allowed in case the product does not satisfy the customer's need and no customization has been asked for.
  • You can get it exchanged for any other product on the website with equivalent or higher price.
  • Products will only be exchanged online and not in offline stores.
  • For initiating an exchange, the customer has to email shreepushtaini@gmail.com  within 2 days of the delivery of the order.
  • The company will initiate the exchange process and a reverse pickup will be arranged.
  • The product being exchanged must be in its original unused condition as all products are handwoven and delicate. Any deviation will lead to cancellation of the exchange request.
  • The product should be sent along with the original bill and tags intact in the original packing.
  • After completion of exchange, the customer can place a new order of the same product (if available) or any other product of equal or higher value.
