At Pushtaini Silk, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy to understand the process, timelines, and conditions.

1. Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders: Free shipping on all domestic orders above the defined threshold.

For orders below the threshold, a fixed shipping fee applies.

International Orders: Shipping charges and applicable duties/taxes (such as GST and customs) are borne entirely by the customer.

 

2. Delivery Locations

We deliver across India to all serviceable postal codes.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including pin code/zip code.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

 

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Once an order is placed, customers receive a confirmation email and SMS with estimated delivery timelines.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days, subject to product availability.

Multiple items in one order may be shipped separately, depending on availability.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and link.

Tracking details may take a few hours to get activated after dispatch.

Customers can also check order status by logging into their account on our website.

 

5. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery time varies based on location, product availability, and courier partner logistics.

In case of unexpected delays, customers will be notified via email or SMS.

6. Change of Delivery Address

Customers can request an address change within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing shreepushtaini@gmail.com

Once the order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

 

7. Failed or Incorrect Deliveries

If the delivery address provided is incorrect, the shipment may be returned to us.

Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

We will not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by wrong addresses provided at checkout.

 

8. Packaging & Special Requests

All products are packed securely to avoid damage.

Gift wrapping and delivery on a specific date are available upon request at checkout.

 

9. Delays & External Factors

While we strive to meet promised timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as courier issues, strikes, natural calamities, or high-volume seasons.

In such cases, Pushtaini Silk is not liable for late deliveries.
